Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

By accessing or using AI Tiny Desk, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The service

AI Tiny Desk is an independent web tool that generates short AI music-stage parody videos for personal, non-commercial entertainment. AI Tiny Desk is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, or The Gap Band; Tiny Desk is a trademark of NPR. Underlying musical and stage rights remain with their respective owners.

Photo permissions & eligibility

• You must have permission from every person pictured (or hold the rights to use the portrait) before uploading.
• Every person in an uploaded photo must be 18 years of age or older. Uploading photos of minors is strictly prohibited.
• You retain ownership of the photos you upload and grant us a limited license solely to render and deliver your video.

Acceptable use

• Videos are for personal, non-commercial sharing with friends, teams, and social feeds.
• You may not present generated videos as authentic footage, use them for commercial advertising, or use them to defame, harass, impersonate, or mislead others.
• Social platforms may mute copyrighted music tracks; we provide a silent MP4 copy so you can attach platform-licensed audio when posting.

Credits & billing

Videos are purchased via one-time credit packs (10 credits per video). Purchased credits do not expire. See our Refund Policy for failed jobs and unused packs. Fraudulent chargebacks result in immediate revocation of associated credits and account suspension.

AI output quality

Generative AI produces a stylized likeness rather than a guaranteed photographic match. Output quality depends heavily on uploading a sharp, well-lit, front-facing portrait.

Content removal & enforcement

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and remove content upon valid notice; see our DMCA & Takedown Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected credit pack.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised date at the top of this page.
