AI Tiny Desk (ai-tiny-desk.video) generates short AI parody band videos from portraits you upload. This policy explains what data we collect, who processes it, and when it is deleted.

Information we collect

Account details: your email address, plus your display name and avatar if you sign in with Google.
Uploaded portraits: the photos you select for the band spots, used exclusively to render your requested video.
Rendered videos: your completed MP4 files so you can watch and download them from your account.
Billing records: checkout is processed by PayPal. We store the order status, pack purchased, and amount—never your card or bank details.
Usage & analytics data: standard request logs (IP address, browser type), referral attribution, and aggregated usage events via Google Analytics (GA4) to improve site reliability.

Cloudflare: edge hosting, database, R2 storage, and login verification emails
PayPal: payment processing and receipts
Google: optional Google Sign-In and Google Analytics (GA4)
AI rendering provider: processes uploaded portraits solely to generate your video job

We never sell personal data or use your uploaded photos to train models.

Data retention

Uploaded portraits: automatically purged from our storage within 2 days.
Rendered videos: available in your account until you request deletion.
Account and order records: retained while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting compliance.

Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember referral attribution (up to 60 days), plus Google Analytics cookies (_ga) in production to measure aggregate page traffic and conversion steps.
