Every video on AI Tiny Desk is rendered on paid cloud GPUs. Here is how credit returns and payment refunds work.

Automatic credit return on failed jobs

If a video job fails, times out, or is rejected by our automated quality check, the 10 credits are returned to your balance automatically within seconds.

Unused credit packs (14-day refund)

If you purchased a credit pack within the last 14 days and have not spent any credits from that pack, you may request a full cash refund to your original payment method.

Broken renders

If a finished video has a clear technical defect (for example, a selected spot failed to render, froze, or lost audio), email us within 7 days with your account email and we will restore the credits to your balance.

Once credits are spent on a completed render, GPU compute costs have been incurred. Generative AI produces a stylized likeness rather than an exact photographic clone, so completed renders without technical defects are non-refundable in cash.

Send an email to support@ai-tiny-desk.video from the email address on your account. We process eligible requests within 3 business days.

AI Tiny Desk sells one-time credit packs only—there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
